Plan limits and features
Each plan has two types of gates: numeric quotas (how many you can have) and features (which modules you can use). When you reach the limit or try to use a feature that isn't included, the app tells you with a clear message.

All payments in Colombian pesos, monthly billing, no lock-in. You can cancel whenever you want from Configuración → Facturación.
Numeric quotas
What you can have accumulated, or create per month as applicable. Ilimitado = no cap.

When a resource shows —, that feature is not available on that plan (it's not just a matter of quantity).

What happens when you reach a limit
Quantity quotas (products, members, etc.)
When you try to create the item that exceeds the limit, you see:
"Límite del plan alcanzado: máximo X productos. Actualiza tu plan para continuar."
Options:
- Upgrade your plan — the limit is raised instantly (prorated charge).
- Delete / archive existing items to make room.
Orders per month
The counter resets on the 1st of each month. If you are approaching the limit, you see a notice on the dashboard.
If you exceed the limit:
- Staff orders (POS) keep working — they are critical for selling.
- The public menu does not create new orders; POS orders keep working according to the plan's limits.
Features not included
When a worker or admin tries to enter a feature your plan doesn't include, they see a screen with:
"Esta función está disponible desde el plan {STARTER/PRO/ENTERPRISE}."
Only the Dueño sees the "Actualizar plan" button — the other roles see "Pide al dueño que actualice".
Trial period
When you create your new business, you start with 14 days on the FREE plan without needing a card. During that time:
- You have the FREE limits (10 products, 2 members, etc.).
- You see a banner with the remaining days at the top.
- At 11 days the banner turns yellow, at 13 red.
When the trial ends:
- If you chose and paid for a plan → everything continues as normal with the new plan.
- If you didn't choose → your business ends up in Suspendido status: no one can operate until you activate a plan.
Practical cases
"I'm a small café with 8 products and 2 workers"
FREE is enough. You'll have POS, tables, online menu and receipts. No online orders, reservations or coupons.
"Restaurant with 60 products, 20 tables and lots of sales"
STARTER isn't enough because of tables (15 → you need 20). Go to PRO.
"Chain with 3 locations that I want to manage together"
ENTERPRISE. A single subscription covers all branches. See Sucursales.
"I want a kitchen screen (KDS) for my restaurant"
KDS is exclusive to PRO+. STARTER and FREE don't include it.
"I have 4.000 orders per month"
STARTER isn't enough (1.000/month). PRO is (10.000/month).
Multi-branch
If you have the ENTERPRISE plan, you can create additional branches without paying for another subscription — they inherit the plan automatically. See Sucursales.
