Trabajador Worker — your day-to-day
As a Trabajador (worker) you only see what you need to run your shift. Reports, the dashboard, settings and the menu don't show up for you — the Administrator handles those screens.
Your typical day
1. Open the register
You start your shift by entering the opening amount. Without it you can't take payments.
Learn more →2. Take payments in the POS
The counter screen for quick sales — products, tables, tip, discount, coupon.
Learn more →3. Serve tables
Each table keeps its own cart until you take payment.
Learn more →4. Dispatch online orders
What comes in from the public menu — confirm it and send it to the kitchen.
Learn more →5. Record expenses
What you paid during the shift (supplier, utilities) is left for the Administrator.
Learn more →6. Close the register
At the end of the shift — you count the cash and the register calculates the difference.

You need an open register
If the register is closed, the POS tells you as soon as you try to take a payment. Only one open session per business is allowed — if another worker already opened it, you'll operate on the same session.
Shortcuts
Use the keyboard in the POS: Enter confirms, Esc cancels. Full list in Shortcuts.
What you don't see (and why)
| Screen | Why |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Financial information for the Owner. |
| Productos | The menu is managed by the Administrator. |
| Cupones | Creating them is up to the Owner / Administrator; you can apply one when taking payment. |
| Cocina (KDS) | Designed for a dedicated tablet in the kitchen, not for the counter. |
| Reservas | Only the Owner / Administrator manage reservations. |
| Equipo / Configuración | Owner / Administrator only. |
If you need something from that list, ask the Administrator or the business Owner — they can do it in seconds or promote you temporarily.
