Introduction

Nexta is a point-of-sale and management system for food businesses — restaurants, cafés, bars, food trucks and dark kitchens. Everything lives online: you access it from a tablet, a counter computer or your phone, and manage the business's sales from the same panel.

In one sentence

You charge at the counter, organize reservations and keep the menu up to date — from the same place, with the same team.

What it solves for you

• Charge quickly. A register screen designed for the counter, with instant search and tips + discounts in a single step.
• Manage tables. Each table keeps its own cart until you charge (and then the invoice is printed).
• Share the public menu. Your customers browse the menu from a public page without installing anything — you share the link via WhatsApp or social media and that's it.
• Keep stock up to date. When someone buys a product, stock goes down; every change is saved in the stock history.
• See how much came in. Reports by cash shift, by product and by period — and you can download them in Excel.
• Manage your team. Permissions by role — the cashier has no reason to see your margins.

How the account works

A user account (your email) can belong to one or more businesses. In each business your role can be different:

• You are Dueño of your own restaurant.
• At the same time you can be Administrador of a partner's business.
• And Trabajador at a location you only staff on weekends.

Switching between businesses

The sidebar has a selector at the top to switch businesses without logging out. What you see on screen updates instantly with the data of the chosen business.
